What this does
The approval queue is where agent actions that matter — publishing, sending, or anything high-risk — wait for a human to approve before they happen. It's how Berchtold lets agents do real work without losing your control.
Where to find it
Pending agent actions appear in your Approvals area (Workbox). Each item shows what the agent wants to do and why.
Step-by-step
Go to the Approvals queue to see actions awaiting review.
Read what the agent proposes — the content, the channel, and its risk level.
Approve to let it proceed, or reject to stop it. Rejected actions don't run.
Approving a publish action sends it for real. Read the content and target channel before approving — especially for anything public.
