Reviewing approvals in Inbox

Approve proposed work and follow its execution status.

Review an action in Inbox

Open Inbox for your brand. Read the proposed action, its content, and the target account or channel. Approve it to authorize execution, or reject it. A rejected action does not run through that approval.

Approval is not completion

Some approvals queue work for a background worker. Check the dispatch status and linked run or task. Queued, executing, failed, and completed states have different meanings. Approval alone does not prove that a post was published.

If preparation fails and a retry is offered, use that action. If execution was interrupted, inspect the linked run before attempting the work again.

A publishing approval can cause real delivery. Check the destination and exact content carefully. After execution, review the provider result for confirmation.
