What this does

The metrics

  • Engagement rate — How actively your audience interacts.

  • Sentiment — The balance of positive, neutral, and negative interactions.

Using them

  • Set a response-time goal for your team and track against it.
  • Watch sentiment for early signs of a brewing issue.
