Walks you through creating and scheduling your first post in Studio.
Before you start
- At least one social channel connected (see Connect your first integration).
- A brand identity set up so drafts sound like you.
Step-by-step
Open Studio
Go to Studio for your brand and start a new post.
Draft your content
Write it yourself or use the AI suggestions — they're grounded in your brand voice and memory. Edit freely.
Pick channels
Choose which connected channels this post goes to. You can tailor the text per channel where it matters.
Schedule or queue
Set a specific time, add it to the queue, or publish now.
Depending on your brand's settings, a publish may route through the approval queue first. That's expected — a teammate reviews it before it goes live.
Troubleshooting
- No channels to pick? Connect one in Configuration → Connections first.
- Post didn't go out? Check the queue and the approval queue; it may be scheduled or awaiting approval.
