Adding media to a post

Upload images or videos in Studio and check channel requirements.

Add media in Studio

In a new or editable post, use the media upload control. Choose files from your device and wait for the upload to finish. Check the preview before scheduling.

The form limits file types and how many files you can add. Some channels need an image or video. Others may reject a file type. Follow the error message in the composer.

Reuse existing assets

Download a file from your team's library, then upload it to the post. Studio has no Pexels search or brand library browser. You can use other tools to find media first.

Check that you have permission to use the asset and that it fits the target channel. If an upload fails, resolve it before sending the post.
