Brand Memory (teaching the AI)
Store the facts, rules, and context the AI should always know about your brand.
What this does
Brand Memory is your brand's long-term knowledge — product names, positioning, key facts, and rules. The AI references it whenever it works, so it stays accurate and consistent.
What to add
- Facts — Products, features, pricing posture, claims you can and can't make.
- Positioning — How you describe yourself versus competitors.
- Rules — Words to use, words to avoid, and hard do-nots.
Step-by-step
Open Configuration → Memory
Go to the Brand Memory tab in Configuration.
Add entries
Capture each fact or rule as its own clear entry. Keep them short and specific.
Maintain it
Update memory as your products and positioning change so output never goes stale.
A few precise entries beat a wall of text. Add the facts the AI keeps getting wrong first.
