Connects your email marketing platform — Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign — so Berchtold can work with your audiences, campaigns, and automations.
Before you start
- Admin access to your Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign account.
Step-by-step
Open Connections
Go to Configuration → Connections and choose Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.
Authorize
Sign in and grant access. The connection shows as active when complete.
What you can do
- Mailchimp — Manage audiences and segments, build campaigns and templates, and run automations.
- ActiveCampaign — Manage contacts and deals, sync the CRM, and trigger automations.
Troubleshooting
- Connection error later? Reconnect from Connections to refresh access.
