Connect email (Mailchimp & ActiveCampaign)

Link Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign to manage audiences, campaigns, and automations.

Choose the provider

Open Configuration → Integrations for your brand.

• Mailchimp: select Mailchimp and enter its API key. The key includes the data-center suffix.
• ActiveCampaign: enter the Account base URL and API key.

ActiveCampaign event actions also require the separate Event Tracking account ID and Event Tracking key. These are not the ordinary API key.

Save the connection and check its test result. These forms use credentials; they do not send you through an email-provider sign-in window.

Use the connection

Tools can work with contacts, lists, campaigns, and flows. What you can do depends on the service, its setup, and your access. Linking a service does not send a campaign.

If access fails

Check the account URL and credential in the connection settings. Replace a revoked key with a valid one, save, and test again. Review provider permission errors before retrying the action.
