Why is a feature greyed out?

Features can be hidden by your plan, an add-on entitlement, a feature flag, or your role.

What this does

Explains the common reasons a feature isn't available to you, and what to do.

Add-on not enabled — Features like AI Visibility, Market Intelligence, Product Opportunities, and brand chat are entitlements enabled per plan.
Plan limit — Your plan tier may not include the feature, or you've hit a limit (like number of brands).
Rolling out — Some features (like native LinkedIn publishing) are gradually being enabled and may not be on for your brand yet.
Your role — Some actions require admin or owner access.

Ask your organization admin to confirm your plan and role.
