Setting up brand chat
Configure a brand-grounded chat surface for product Q&A, support, or lead gen.
Add-onBrand-grounded chat surfaces are an entitlement enabled per plan. If you don't see it, ask your admin.
What this does
A brand chat surface is a public, brand-grounded chat experience — it answers using your brand knowledge, so it stays on-message for product questions, support, or lead capture.
Before you start
- Brand chat is an add-on enabled per plan (see the badge above).
- A well-filled Brand Memory makes the chat far more accurate.
Step-by-step
Open Surfaces
Go to Surfaces for your brand.
Configure the surface
Set the persona, system prompt, tone, and any product URLs the chat should know about.
Test it
Try real questions and refine the configuration and Brand Memory until answers are solid.
This surface is public-facing. Review its answers carefully before sharing it, and keep Brand Memory accurate so it never states something wrong.
