Set up your brand identity

Give Berchtold your voice, visuals, and rules so everything it produces is on-brand.

What this does

Teaches Berchtold who your brand is. Every draft, reply, and recommendation the AI produces is grounded in this configuration, so investing here pays off everywhere else.

Before you start

  • Have your brand basics handy: name, tagline, voice notes, logo files, and your color palette.

Step-by-step

Open Brand Configuration

Go to Configuration for your brand. You'll see tabs for Identity, Memory, Precedents, Connections, and more.

Fill in identity & voice

Add your brand name, identity prism, and voice guidelines. Be specific about tone — "confident but plain-spoken; no hype" beats "professional."

Add visuals

Upload logos and set your colors and typography so generated assets match your brand.

Seed Brand Memory

Add key facts the AI should always know — product names, positioning, do's and don'ts. Think of it as the brand's long-term memory.

You don't have to finish everything at once. Even a solid voice section and a few memory entries dramatically improve output quality.
