Create your first brand, verify your email, and recover from interrupted setup.

Create your first workspace

Open Sign up. Enter your name, email, password, and first brand name. Your password needs at least eight characters. Organization name is optional; leave it blank to use your brand name. Review and accept the terms, then choose Create workspace.

Signup creates your account, organization, and first brand. You arrive in that brand's workspace. Follow the setup checklist to add your brand identity and connect the services you need.

Join an existing brand

If a teammate invited you, use the invitation link. It grants access to that brand; it does not make you an organization owner. Use the invited email address.

Finish interrupted setup

Your account can be created even if workspace setup fails. Stay on the signup page and choose Finish setup to retry. A restored signed-in session also lets you finish setup without entering your password again.

If the email has an account, choose Sign in and finish setup. Use that account's password. Trying setup again returns the same workspace. If you already own a workspace, choose Open your account.

Verify your email

Check your inbox for the verification message. If it did not arrive, use the verification banner in the app to send another. Some actions require a verified email address. You do not need to verify before naming your first brand.

If setup still fails

Keep the error message and contact your workspace administrator or support. Do not create another account to work around an unfinished workspace.
