Sign up, verify your email, and land in your first workspace.
What this does
Creates your Berchtold login and your organization — the top-level container that holds your brands and billing.
Before you start
- A work email address.
- If you were invited by a teammate, use the invite link instead of signing up fresh so you join their existing organization.
Step-by-step
Go to sign up
Open the app and choose Sign up. Enter your name, work email, and a password.
Verify your email
We send a verification link. Click it to confirm your address — some features stay locked until your email is verified.
Name your organization
Your organization is usually your company. You can add more brands under it later.
Land in Workspaces
You'll arrive at the Workspaces picker, where you create or open a brand.
Troubleshooting
- Didn't get the verification email? Check spam, then use Resend on the banner at the top of the app.
- Invited but signed up separately? You'll have your own empty org. Ask your admin to re-send the invite, then accept it to join the right organization.
