What this does
The identity prism and voice guidelines are the heart of your brand setup. They tell Berchtold who you are and how you speak — and everything the AI produces is grounded in them.
What to fill in
- Identity prism — Your brand's personality, relationship with customers, and the self-image it projects.
- Voice guidelines — Tone, vocabulary, and style. Be concrete.
Specificity wins. "Confident but plain-spoken; no jargon, no hype; short sentences" produces far better output than "professional and friendly."
Step-by-step
Open Configuration → Identity
Go to Configuration for your brand and open the Identity tab.
Describe the brand
Complete the identity prism and voice sections with real specifics, including do's and don'ts.
Save and test
Save, then generate something in Studio to see your voice in action. Refine.
