Understand trial access, per-brand billing, and workspace feature settings.

Plans

• Trial — A 14-day trial with full feature access and no card required.
• Standard — Billing scales with the number of brands.
• Pro Unlimited — Flat-rate billing for unlimited brands.

The paid plans do not divide features into basic and premium sets. Check your billing screen for current prices and subscription details.

Why access can still be unavailable

Actions may be blocked when a trial ends or a paid plan lapses. Check your workspace settings and access too. Some tools need a linked service. Usage caps also apply.

Ask a brand admin to check Configuration → Features for missing tools. Some services must approve access on their side. Changing your plan does not change that access.

Manage billing

Organization owners and members with the billing role can manage billing. Brand permissions and organization billing roles are separate. See Organization members.
