Explains how Berchtold connects to the tools you already use — to publish content, pull analytics, and sync your audience — and how to keep those connections working.

What you can connect

  • Analytics — Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs
  • Social — X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (and Buffer for scheduling)
  • Email & CRM — Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign
  • Content — WordPress, Canva, Google Drive

Where connections live

Most connections are made per brand in Configuration → Connections. A few personal connections (like Google Drive) live in your Profile.

Connections are scoped to a brand. If you manage several brands, connect each brand's accounts separately.

Keeping connections healthy

Berchtold periodically checks each connection. If a provider's access expires or is revoked, the connection shows an error and you'll be prompted to Reconnect — a quick re-authorization that restores access.
