Connect Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Connect your Facebook Page and Instagram account for supported Meta features.
What this does
Link your Facebook Page and Instagram account to use your brand's enabled Meta tools. Studio sends posts through Buffer. Set up Buffer too if you want to send posts from Studio.
Community is parked. Manage incoming comments and mentions in Meta's own tools.
Before you start
- You must be an admin of the Facebook Page.
- Your Instagram account should be a Professional (Business/Creator) account linked to that Page.
Step-by-step
Go to Configuration → Integrations and choose Meta.
Sign in to Facebook and grant access. Select the Page (and its linked Instagram account) for this brand.
Review the permissions requested for the features you intend to use.
If you decline a required permission, its related feature stays unavailable until you reconnect and approve it. Permissions do not reactivate Community.
Troubleshooting
- Instagram not appearing? Make sure it's a Professional account linked to the Page you connected.
- Lost access after a Facebook password change? Reconnect to refresh the token.
