Users & roles

Invite teammates to a brand and control what they can do.

What this does

Controls who can access a brand and what they're allowed to do — from viewing to editing to publishing.

Roles

  • Viewer — Can see, but not change, the brand's content.
  • Editor — Can create and edit content and run day-to-day work.
  • Admin / Owner — Manage members, connections, and settings (set at the organization level).

Step-by-step

Open Configuration → Users

Go to the Users/Roles tab in Configuration.

Invite a teammate

Send an invite by email and choose their role.

Adjust as needed

Change roles or remove access at any time.

Give people the least access they need to do their job. You can always raise it later.

See the activity log to see who did what.
