Invite teammates to a brand and control what they can do.

Brand access and organization roles

Brand roles set what you can do within one brand. Your role in the organization sets who can manage it and pay bills. Billing access alone does not let you edit each brand.

Invite a teammate

Open Configuration → Users for the brand. You need permission to manage users. Invite a teammate by email and choose the permissions they need.

Access is split into Brand, Content, Publishing, Analytics, and Settings. Start with a role preset, then check what it allows. Use Settings access to manage the team.

You can adjust permissions or remove access from this screen. Use the invitation link to join the intended brand rather than creating a separate workspace.
