Embedding the website widget
Add your brand chat to your website and review its conversation activity.
Add-onBrand-grounded chat surfaces are an entitlement enabled per plan. If you don't see it, ask your admin.
What this does
Puts your configured brand chat on your website as a widget your visitors can use, and gives you an activity feed of the conversations.
Step-by-step
Configure the surface first
Set up your chat in Setting up brand chat before embedding.
Add the widget to your site
Use the embed provided in Surfaces to place the widget on your pages.
Review activity
Watch the conversation activity feed to see what visitors ask and how the chat responds.
Mine the activity feed for real questions — they're a goldmine for content and for improving Brand Memory.
Troubleshooting
- Widget not appearing? Confirm the embed is on the page and that the surface is enabled for your brand.
