Connect Claude to the Berchtold MCP

Copy a workspace MCP endpoint and connect it to Claude with your account permissions.

Connect an AI client to your brand

Claude can use Berchtold's remote MCP endpoints to access tools for your workspace. You need a Berchtold account with access to the brand. This connection is optional; you can also work directly in the app.

Copy an endpoint

Open Configuration → MCP. Copy the endpoint for the tools you need. A brand endpoint looks like https://mcp.berchtold.ai/brand/your-brand-slug. Other endpoints expose other tool groups. Use the URL shown for your workspace.

Add it in Claude

Open Claude's connector settings and choose Add custom connector. Enter a name and the copied endpoint, then finish the Berchtold sign-in and authorization flow. Ask Claude to summarize your brand voice as a read-only check.

Claude's menus and workspace policies may vary. Follow Claude's current connector guide if the option is missing.

Review tool actions

Tools use your Berchtold access rights. Check write actions and their results. Direct MCP writes do not all go to Inbox for review. Agent runs have their own review rules.

If the link fails, check your access and the server URL. Save the error message. Also check that you can open the brand in Berchtold with the same account.
